Thank you for choosing eleven19 Medical Spa. When scheduling your appointment, you may be prompted to make a deposit for certain treatments and services. This deposit will go towards the cost of your treatment. We ask that any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance or your deposit will be forfeited. All deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment.

If you are requesting an appointment for multiple services you must schedule a separate appointment. If you are unable to schedule an appointment on your requested day & time, please give us a call. We can often still accommodate you.

Please be sure to double check that your correct email and phone number have been entered as the scheduler will reject unverifiable contact information and your appointment may not be accepted.
